Lights, Music, Comedy! starring Paul McCann

 

Paul was born in Ireland but has spent most of his adult life in Australia.

His passion for music and performing saw him start formal music training

when he was 4 years old and perform professionally since the age of 15!

Paul’s love for performing has seen him ply his trade across the globe

from his native Ireland and the U.K to Australia, the South Pacific and Asia.

His wacky sense of humour coupled with his knack of story-telling ensures

that his comedic appeal is popular with all ages as his musical repertoire is.

 

Paul has performed in several of the biggest and best production shows produced in Australia

and beyond and seen him playing parts ranging from John Lennon to Buddy Holly

in theatrical shows based on ‘The Beatles’ & various musicals to the renowned

Buddy Holly Show in which Paul performed in the lead role for over 10 years.

 

‘Lights, Music, Comedy!’ sees Paul perform a 45-minute solo cabaret show

in a capacity that allows him to take his audience on a musical journey spanning

several decades of music from the age of swing to the ever popular rock’n’roll and beyond!

As an added twist to the show, Paul mixes his vocal impressions

with his own renditions of ever-popular favourites.

Along the way, Paul is sure to have a story or three to tell with his endless bag of laughs

and antics that will have you laughing and talking about this show for a long time to come.
